My my entire life has been in Western Washington with the exception of four years at WSU earning my B.A in Business Administration ~ GO COUGS! For the last 31 years I’ve called Snohomish County home. I’ve raised my family here while being actively involved in schools and community. The true gift is in the friendships I have made! During the last 15 years I have enjoyed my career as a full time broker. This has lead to long lasting relationships with clients and the privilege of serving their friends and family. I value the trust each client has placed in me and will continue as their real estate advisor whenever they need my services or just some sound advice. My approach is to serve with excellence in communication, patience, teamwork and results making your process an exceptional experience!
This is my full time career, not a side job or a hobby, which means I will be with you from beginning to end. I realize that while I deal with real estate matters daily, for most of you this happens only a few times during your life. I pride myself in being a true professional and always working for my client’s best interest. My goal is to bring experience, knowledge, integrity to every client I have the pleasure of working with.
I view the process as a collaboration, where I provide the information and you make the decisions. Additionally with sellers my listing services are top notch; with complimentary staging, premium marketing and skilled negotiation necessary throughout the process. When closing day arrives I strive to make sure at the end I have made a new friend and all have a reason to celebrate!
